Just need to vent...

So I have this job trying to get people to text into this company and my campus has strict rules. I am competing with other campuses across the country who don't have as strict rules. The service is free but no one wants to text in. I need the money to pay my summer tuition, ahh! Anyone know any effective marketing techniques online? Any advice would be appreciated. I'm not sure I understand how it works. What do people get for texting in? What is the service exactly?

KGB is a text messaging service similar to cha-cha that answers questions people text in. You can ask them anything from what the movie showtimes in your area are to what the weather in Hawaii is? There really aren't limits, the service normally charges but if you put CSU before your question you get 24 hours of service free. Does that make sense?

Put it as a freebie on a blog or somewhere.... people LOVE freebies and it you say free... they will forget all about the text charge. I would text for you but I purposely do not have that capability.

Any recommendations on blogs? Any ideas would be fabulous.

You can put it in our freebies section here, just be sure to make it clear what part makes it free ( I am really not familiar with texting, I am a few decades behind- I hate technology) and how long it is free.
