my points account frozen

Anyone else having this problem?

I wish -- I can't even log in! IE and Firefox both go ape when I try. My spam blockers and virus protection all kick in. It's not looking like a reputable site to me right this minute

Yep, I was printing coupons and the thing froze. And then my printer had a small meltdown, which I am thrilled about, since it's a brand new $150 printer. Trying to figure it out now.

I sent an email to bzz but don't know if that is going to help. I didn't know I had a mypoints account already!

I hope they can work it out for you -- I'm still way too mad about this whole Shitola thing to email them with my log in problems right now. I'll have to wait until later on.

I can and believe me, I've been really close to clicking save in the admin panel every time I go in there and change the spelling.

My sis has an acount frozen message at Mypoints. I told her to email Mypoints for an answer before she transfers her points, but I think it means you haven't used your account for over a year. So far I have not heard if she got an answer back from them yet.

I got an email back from bzz and they gave me the email address to mypoints. I don't remember signing up at my points so I guess it would be frozen...LOL....

got an email from mypoints and it says click here to check account.....of course the account is frozen...

it also has a link to cancel membership.....wonder if I could do that and then sign up again...

I am sure I am getting worked up about these points for nothing because there may not be anything I can use them for....LOL

I have not touched my acct in over 2 years, but it works fine.

frozen accounts at Mypoints generally means they think you have multiple accounts and shut you down..you know..like BzzAgent does with pests..I'm not sure if you can do anything when that happens.

No, I don't have multiple accounts. I received an e-mail from them this morning saying that they are looking into and will get back with me in the next 2 days.

Maybe they will get it fixed.
