I am glad that Bill has moved on without causing any or very little damage.
Glad to read that everyone else made it through relatively inscathed.
The boy that drowned is a real tragedy.
I hope the father is charged with child endangerment.
I know that sounds cruel but what father in his right mind would put their child in such danger?
