This weekend

I will be moving into my new house! WOOOHOOO finally!
The builder is finishing up this week, touchup painting, and insulating. We have furniture coming on Tuesday, and I am SO ready.

Anyone wanna buy a slightly used travel trailer?

PM me the details and cost on the trailer. Scott may be interested for his car lot. We bought one at an out of state auction several months ago and when he got it home it sold fast. Not for much profit, but that was OK because the turn-around was so fast. That one wasn't so far away, but he might be interested if the price is low and it's in good condition.

I will have to figure all that out karen, I am not real sure of anything. I know what brand it is, and that is it....lol

Tara, I means , I get to wax the floors 3 coats, I get to clean the whole thing, I get to clean the tubs, faucets, toilets light fixtures, clean any paint etc. That all it means, it means I do it or it doesn't get done...

No problem. It's not like we're in a hurry. Sometimes certain types of cars or trucks or trailers will sell sky high in one area of the country and in another you almost can't sell them. That's why Scott goes to out of state auctions a lot. The price difference is enough to make up for the expense of getting them home. I have no idea if trailers sell for more there or here, though. But when you're ready to sell it and know what you can get for it in TX, let me know and I'll ask Scott if he could make a profit on it by us buying it and selling it here. It might be that so many people there are doing the same thing that you did that they won't sell for much in that region. But who knows?

OMG I have never been so tired in my life!
Spent the weekend cleaning floors, waxing floors, and moving stuff in. We(I, Dh hung curtains for 4 hours) did the majority of the furniture, the one that isn't being delivered yesterday, in the rain....

I now have the clean the floors again, and toss out a bunch of boxes and trash.......and clean out the travel trailer.

Honestly, after being in a 30X8 foot box for so long, this house feel HUGE, almost uncomfortably huge..

It wont for long though. So are you in?

I wish I lived closer. I would have come and helped for a few hours. But just think, a month from now it'll all be done and will feel like home.

I cleaned the livingroom and dining room floors a while ago, and now I am exhauted. Slept on an air mattress last night, cannot wait for the beds to get here tomorrow....I am too old for all this.
