Easy Points @ MyPoints

Not sure how many of you click on the Easy Points tab on MyPoints, but I rarely do. This morning I just happened to check it out, and you can get 250 points for giving reviews at Viewpoints. You get 50 points to register and make one review. You then can get an extra 50 points for each additional review, up to 250 points total (total of 5 reviews). I kind of liked the viewpoints site, and gave reviews on 5 products. Points haven't showed up yet for me though.
Also, if you register and make one review at Restrauntica, you get 50 points. Points showed up already and are pending of coarse.
This one isn't under the easy points tab, but if you check out Sherman's Travel and do a flight search you can get 25 points. It is listed on the site and says you can get points once a week. But I have gotten two mypoints emails for sherman's travel in two days, plus I clicked on the webpage on the mypoints site, and have received 25 points each for the three clicks. I didn't think I would get credit for the last email or by clicking on it from the mypoints page, but all three are pending.

I will have to try the Easy Points and Sherman Travel to get some easy ones. I just e-mailed MY Points about thier Bonus Survey e-mails. Twice I have tried to do surveys worth 50 points each. I get about 10 minutes in to the survey and the My Points home page pops up. From that point you can't return to the survey and you are not awarded the promised points either.

They still have next to nothing that really benefits those of us "up here" and it is a long, hard slog to acquire points on the site.

I'm almost tempted to change to my address to a fictitional US one to see if that would work for me! Although not much point in that I suppse if I want to redeem for anything! LOL Gee, it's a good thing that I'm so honest!

Muggins, can you use Amazon gift certificates? They offer these periodically.

Although I'm living in the U.S., I'm from B.C., so you have my sympathies for the sometimes limited opportunities American companies offer Canadians.

What about sending the gift card to a friend in the US and them shopping for you? Or selling them online?

I still haven't been credited (250pts) for the Viewpoints yet. I really like that site too.

I signed up too, Buzznut. It's a really great-looking site. I posted a few reviews, too.

They probably won't credit you for 30 days, BuzzNut. (& then the points will be put in pending for another 30 days! Patience is needed when dealing with the MyPoints system.)

I did this offer many months back, & I was credited.
