DID you get a KEY with your new LEVEL??? Post and let us know.

I to was a Tier 2. I purchases a golden key with the transfer of points. I am now a level 6 with only my purchased key and my early invite I already had and had not used yet.

I already moved up one honeycomb and it says my next key is 11 away.

I never had a golden key and purchase one during Shaloha.
I am now a Level Six and still only have 1 key that I purchased. I am 3 away from another key.

So if they weren't supposed to get a key...are they gonna take it away?

I was a tier 2 before the change...
Bought a key with my 200 bzzpoints...
I am now a level 4 (Honey Bee)...
I did NOT receive a key with the changeover...
I am told on my status that I am 3 Honeycombs away from the next key... (2 from the next level, with all my frogponds done and no campaign in site... Missy is a sad bee right now...)

I had 1 key I got upon Tier 4 entry.. I bought one during the shitola thing. I am a level 5... 5 combs away from Level 6... 10 from another key. I did not receive a key for being level 5.
I still have my 2 keys from prior to the mess.

Okay I was a tier 4 and had been there for awhile and had earned a couple for my time spent at a tier 4 I had three used one on the Back to Nature campaign... so I now have two... I didn't buy one... I am a level 6 with 12 honeycombs until my next gold key. My question is how did someone go from a tier one to a level six? Well... I am really lost on the gold keys also... it just makes no sense. I wish when you looked at your Status on your honeycombs it would show you where you should have earned a key just like it shows when you moved up levels... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I was a tier 1, now with the change over I am a level 6. I bought a key for 200pts during shaloha and did not get another key for my level when it switched over. I still only have the one I bought. I am 10 honeycombs away from the next key it says.

I emailed and will post once I get a response.

That is horrible! I thought at first it was only those who moved from the lower tiers to the upper levels that were getting keys, but if you didn't get one, then it really does seem as if it were just random!

Thanks for your email. We believe that we should have gotten this resolved, so you should have received a Golden Key! If you have not, let us know and we will look further into this.

i turned level 5 the second day of the new system and did not recieve a gold key at that time. i had 2 pre-shaloah. bought one and just earned a 4th one last week sometime.

I checked and I did get another key!!

That's weird because now it's onewildchild again. It must be some kind of glitch in the system... If you need help, pm me!
