Re: Favorite Movie
Latest favorite of mine would have to be Juno- Rented Cloverfield last weekend- not a good one in my opinion. It was filnmed the same way they did the Blair Witch Project.
My all time favorite has to be GONE WITH THE WIND- but thats probably because that is also my favorite book.

Re: Favorite Movie
In no particular order ...........
Witness
Bridge on the River Kwai
King Rat
Ryan's Daughter
Braveheart
Rob Roy
Pride & Prejudice (of the many, it has to be the Colin Firth version)
Jane Eyre (Toby Stephens - the most recent version)
Charade - Audrey Hepburn & Cary Grant together - WOW
Breakfast At Tiffany's - arguably Hepburn's best performance
Cat Ballou
Benny & Joon
Finding Neverland
Chocolat
Amelie
A History of Violence
Eastern Promises
If A Man Answers (Sandra Dee / Bobby Darin bit of fluff, but I love it!)
Hawaii
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
The Great Escape
Lord of the Rings
The Big Chill
The Accused
Silence of the Lambs
The Brave One
Once Upon A Time In The West (Charles Bronson made my knees go weak in this one)
Flashdance
Must Love Dogs
The Truth About Cats and Dogs
The Way We Were (that scene were Streisand reaches up to brush Redford's hair off his brow ....... sighhhhhhhhhhhh)
Father Goose
Daddy Long Legs
all 3 Bourne films (this in spite of me not liking Matt Damon much)
White Christmas (it's one I watch every Christmas Eve)
.................... good heavens, I could add so many more!

I have the DVD and have watched it several times -- I think the only time I've ever watched it from start to finish was after my surgery last year. I just laid there in bed watching the whole thing!

If you liked that Rebecca, see if you can get the latest Jane Eyre with Toby Stephens (he's Maggie Smith's son) & Ruth Wilson - I've got it on DVD, it was on A & E (or PBS) either late last year or early this year - it's very, very good! If you lived closer I'd lend it to you!!!!
I've got the CF P & P on DVD too! Got it as a subscriber gift a few years ago from TVOntario.
