Re: Car Talk
oh lucky me.... 3rd time I've been offered CarMD.... I told they no way was I going to pay to find out what's wrong and what it would cost... tired of nickling and diming this car back to health (a 96 Sat) ... we're currently looking into getting a '12 Sentra or Prius.
BUT HEY, BA offered me a campaign (suck)

Re: Car Talk
We loved our Saturn, Diane, and have owned 3 Prius models, the 2001, 2004 (which we still have and the youngest drives and has about 160,000 miles on it), and the 2010, which is my vehicle. If you have any questions about the Prius, just message me.bizzeedee wrote:oh lucky me.... 3rd time I've been offered CarMD.... I too have loved my Saturn, since '96, and still like it... but ith 167,000 on it, things are happening.... and I'm tired of driving a manual transmission... too much shifting in this little city I live it.

Re: Car Talk
I think our Saturn was a '93. We sold it to a neighbor, then they sold it, and we still see it around town. They're stopping production of Saturn though, right? I thought it was a great division of GM.

Re: Car Talk
I guess I won't be able to complain about not getting campaigns. I turned down CarMD too.

Re: Car Talk
Althena, my first manual transmission was a '69 Camero... traded in an automatic (my first card, a67 Mustange)... parents on vacation; brother took me car shopping... dealer said "try it" I was scared s*****less... but with bros help by the time we got back, he said "she's a Mario Andrezi !" Been driving manual ever since (it's almost a must in snow)...but I'm ready to not work so hard !

Car Talk
Lori, maybe all the car talk could be switched to a new thread since we seemed to have hijacked the survey thread... I'm sure many of us would enjoy a car thread.. we all have stories to share.
Could you do that, please?
