Another cake

No pictures yet because I took them with my cell phone and then Scott borrowed the phone. But Caly made a cake for her teacher. He wears novelty ties all the time so she made him one shaped like a tie. It doesn't look professional by any stretch, but it looks nice. And she did it almost entirely by herself, including the baking. The only problem? The kitchen looks like they had a food fight in it. There's cake and crumbs and frosting and egg shells and dirty bowls and food coloring EVERYWHERE. I'd leave it for her to clean except she did the decorating this morning before she went to school and she won't be home until after dinner because there's some kind of banquet that she's invited to. I can't stand to have it that way all day long and probably into tomorrow considering how late she'll be staying. So I'm cleaning it. I'll just have to make her do one of MY major chores in a few days.

You are so much nicer than me! I would dump it all in the sink and leave it for her! LOL.. Can't wait to see the pics of her tie cake though.. I bet it turned out amazing!
