I see that Maple Leaf comissioned the study. I'm guessing the results may be a bit skewed -- Maple Leaf is a big meat packing plant up here! LOL!

I would not purchased maple leaf bacon, nor any package water filled bacon. I am a canadian back bacon girl, give me a five pound slab. Laughing
