We need your help UPDATE on PAGE 4!!

I do 31 per day..

I only have 6 addys. But I also do it for my mom and dad and sister, since I know they all voted a few times but often forget.

We were down to # 29 but are back up in the 30's now. Hopefully folks in the other towns will forget on the weekend!! LOL

According to their countdown timer, the voting must end at noon on Sunday. Unless I am an air head and didn't figure it right (and that is a huge possiblity).
If figured they would go until midnight though, but doesn't look that way.

When I looked at it on Sunday evening, it showed 35th place. I haven't been there since then.

Chelle, it ended with Jasper in 35th place in votes. But the votes are only 50% of the decision. The rest is up to the judges. The site says, "The voting phase is now over, and Kellogg’s is selecting fields. Check back later this summer to see which 30 fields will be rebuilt. In the meantime, JOIN THE CAUSE ON FACEBOOK."

We can cross our fingers and hope they are one of the ones that are picked. I was so hoping though that we could get the votes up and stay there. This is such a good thing that Frosted Flakes is doing.

hmmm... on facebook.... gona go check it out after I get these taters washed and cut up. I have managed to get only a bushel of snap beans done so far today..... we cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom...

I was disapointed to see the amount. 15,000. wont do much in todays economy. it MIGHT fix ONE fo the bathrooms. (putting a bathroom in your home can easily cost that, and we need a new sewer system. LOL )
But, any little bit will help.

15K may not sound like much, but it would take a lot of bake sales to make 15K.

I agree! 15K is a huge deal for a volunteer or non-profit operation. Besides, you should be able to use the momentum to get even more donations and improvements. Now that it's in everyone's mind and in the news, a bake sale or car wash (where you explain that Kellogg's won't be able to pay for all the improvements needed) might do really, really well.
