So nervous... (update...)

I will be forcing myself to sleep very soon here. In the morning, we go and see if we can get a loan towards a new car. If that happens, our goal is to go around town a little bit to try and get one from the many resources we were given. Please keep your fingers crossed for us! We are hoping also that the car will be good enough for us to be able to travel and visit the family for the holidays. I miss my Mom something terrible, as does Tim his family. And with his Gramma being in her 80's, we want to see as much of her as we can.

So, as soon as I hit post, I will be putting the computer aside and putting Timmy in his bed (he fell asleep on my LR floor with his blankie and pillow watching Wall E) and then going to bed myself. Kinda hard, cause I do not feel tired, I am so nervous!

I will be back on later in the evening and let everyone know what happened!

Oh yeah, got word that the items I ordered from Amazon last week have been shipped. *Please let this be my week!*

Well, it will be Tim going in regards to the loan by himself. I got woken up at 4 am with a sick child. My poor baby. He fell asleep, and about 5 minutes after I got off the phone with Tim, (I had to make sure it wasn't some brownies that I had made for us earlier, since that was the only thing we all ate. Or if it was just a stomach bug) Timmy woke up sick again. I finally fell back asleep just after 5 am and was up and down. Since I put Timmy in my bed at that time, anytime he even rolled over, I shot up and was reaching for the garbage can for him. He was fine until 7, about 15 minutes before Tim walked in from work.

Tim is catching a catnap, I have to wake him in about an hour. My normal ride to school is going to drive him. I feel bad because we planned on her bringing the kids in and them playing until school time. She lives on the other side of town. But Tim is going to treat her to McD's or BK while they wait for him to finish, so at least she gets a free lunch! lol

So, I am just going to lounge around, wait until I can get a nap in (I am exhausted!! Figures- the one night I go to bed before 3 am...lol) and do laundry for what got messed. My little guy has been called off of school and his enjoying the Cars movie. Maybe I can sneak in a half hour nap...

I am nervous, too, Missy! I really, really want things to get better for you and I know that this is a huge factor. Hopefully, Tim will bring good news and you guys will find a car that is perfect for you.

Well, we will have to put off any good or bad news until the morning of tomorrow.. ugh

Tim was ready for the ride, she got here on time. Took him, and when he walked in, was told that the company changed the date to start the loans until tomorrow. UGH!! I feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick that dang football! He does have a first appointment, and he made it very clear that he was upset that NO ONE called us, and that he had woken up to come. He works a 3rd shift and it is imperative that he gets proper rest. He was able to get his ride to stop at BK and buy lunch at least. And she will come early tomorrow to take him. So that works out.

Timmy seems to be doing MUCH better already. I gave him some dry toast, and he ate some of that. He has been sipping on water all day, and has not been sick since Tim first came home. So that aspect is looking good. He played in his room with his cars for a bit, watched some Spongebob and is now playing his Star Wars.

So, i will have to hold off on some good news until tomorrow! I hope.. lol

Ack! I hate waiting for important news. It's SO stressful. But at least Timmy is not as sick.

Oh yeah, but it's a good thing that we have to go back tomorrow. Because when we first made the appointment, the lady failed to let Tim know that he will need Timmy's SS info too. Whereas the person he spoke to today told him to bring it.

And Timmy is doing much better. He is sleeping now, and I really do anticipate him to sleep through the night, given what time he woke up, and the fact that he is getting over being sick.

I am guessing it was something he ate or maybe just a 24 hr bug. Being that he is in school, then anything is possible. I had a slight belly ache a few hours ago, but I think it was just my nerves, and needing to eat something solid. I feel much better now. Tim finally got some good rest. Okay, here is the the deal. We got a loan, but it was not as much as we wanted. That's okay. We can work with what we got. So tomorrow we are going to go look at a few cars. Hopefully we will find something within our budget.

I did get my Amazon package today. I never knew how small an ipod shuffle is! My goodness!! I hope I don't lose it! lol Just a matter of getting some songs onto it now.

So, things are looking good. 2 weeks from tomorrow to my birthday, maybe seeing the family for the holidays.. and I finally got myself an ipod. lol Things look pretty good in our eyes now!

Timmy will love his new game. Tim is looking forward to setting up his new DVD player this weekend, and I look forward to kicking his butt on my new game, Trivial Pursuit, Totally 80's. lol

Oh, and Timmy is feeling so much better. Kept him home one more day just to make sure that he is okay.

Great! You know, if you're able to find a car for the lower amount, it may do you some good in the long run. A lower loan means less interest in the long run.
