I might watch tonight to vote for him. if I remember. I've heard he is good. I dont know him. he is about my BIL's age, but he doesnt remember him from school.

Re: American Idol
I was watching it until they booted off a great kid and kept someone who honestly can't sing. She's just an airhead and I imagine they kept her because she's kind of like William Hong was. Support your homie, Chelle!
Re: American Idol
I watched. OMG> now I know why I dont watch this show.
I will continue to watch until they vote him off. if I remember. if he made it last night. I dont know yet.
But I did vote.
I guess now I feel like part of the mainstream. ..... yuck... LOL

Re: American Idol
Michael was the "wildcard" winner last night. They have/had 36 finalists... and are choosing the highest girl and highest guy votes for each of 3 shows. And one wildcard (whatever that means... although I think the judges pick those). Michael was good, but not great... I honestly felt there were a couple of others that were far better than him. But I wish him well... heck, if an oil driller can make big time music, then WOOT. Always have been in favor of the under dog.
But of the 3 choosen last night, the other David Gokey (or something like that) ... is my pick. Religious music teacher... just lost his wife (death) a couple of months ago.. very, very good.

I JUST realized last night (we dvr'd it) that he was from Jasper and meant to ask if you knew him! He is one of my faves and him and Donny are the only two guys I would have voted for if I had voted.. He is really fun..
