Cathedral Windows Cookies, super easy and freeze well, with picture

Cathedral Windows Cookies

1--12 oz. Bag chocolate chips
1/2 stick margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1--10.5 oz. pkg colored marshmallows
4 pieces of 12 x 12 foil
Powdered sugar

Melt margarine & chips, add eggs, cook and stir till thick --let cool some--add vanilla--fold in nuts & marshmallows quickly--divide into 4 piles, sprinkle powdered sugar very thick on each--form a roll inside of foil--close tightly--freeze cut into 1/2" slices--

I'm going to try these this weekend! I'm guessing the kids will love them. I'll have to leave the nuts out though or they won't eat them.... picky kids!!
