EASY Peanut butter cookies

1 C peanut butter
1C sugar
1 egg


Mix together, drop onto cookie sheet, bake at 350/ 10 minutes or so.

OMG!! I had forgotten about these!! But I knew the minute I saw the title!!

I used to make these when I was a little girl. I would be at my grandparents and just get up, go in the kitchen and make them. Didnt even ask. LOL I bet I wasnt more than 7. (that was back before lead paint would kill you, and car seats)

I used to peel the paint of the walls and eat it! (It's actually a disorder called PICA that happens when you're anemic) but yeah, my family likes to make fun of me for it. I think I'm fairly normal still, although my perception of normal may nbe skewed from all the lead

As a former dirt eater, I can relate! I never got worms, either.

that sounds so easy that I almost don't believe it!

will have to try it out since theres quite a collection of creamy peanut butter here and apparently no one will eat peanut butter unless its crunchy....

I just put a batch in the oven! I have never heard of these but they sound yummy!
