OK, the frost is going to hit us strong later in the week. I have some rosemary in a pot and I'm wondering what to do with it. Pick it and freeze it, dry it, try to keep it growing inside? Help! LOL

If you have room, just bring it inside. It should grow for a while yet and you can harvest a few leaves at a time without killing the plant.

yep, just bring it insude and take care of it. It should survive for many years to come. My rosemary tree( I call it a tree, 6 ft tall plant) survived salt water.

Agreed. It's a mediterainian plant so a MI winter probably wouldn't do it much good, but it should be ok indoors and you can still use the fresh rosemary as needed.

Thanks guys, I just brought it in. Houseplants tend to hate my house so I hope it makes it through the winter.

If you have trouble with it, just pick it and dry it. Then use it as a dried herb. Keeps in your cabinet in a sealed bag or jar, after it is fully dry.
