Good for you for moving on... There's no reason to be ignored by a salesperson. Shot, ever seen how some celeberties dress when they're out and about in public????
And I really understand and agree with service from the "locals", living in a small town, and having to buy ALL appliances (washer, dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher & microwave) when we moved here 8 years ago, we went to the "local" dealer and got that good small town service. Even a year later, when something went ca-ca with our dishwasher racks, the store ordered replacement racks and there was no charge, and the delivered them to the house!
