Plum Card Empty Plum Card

Post by southcarolinagirl Thu Jun 26, 2008 11:34 am

I know that I've heard you bzzing about the plum card before. I just got an invite for it and not sure if I won't to join the campaign. I could bzz it two times, but with the economy basically sucking right now I'm not sure if I want to talk business owners into putting more on credit. Do you know what I mean? However, I'm in need of combs and campaigns since I'm lonely in level four. Would you join?! I feel like they're throwing me a bone!

well you are only required to bzz it, it's not a requirement that it be positive bzz. I would take it (and did)

You do NOT have to apply for the card to be in the campaign. And your Bzz does NOT have to talk someone into getting the card. All that's required is for you to talk to people you know about the card. You can even tell them that the card sucks and they shouldn't get it, if that's what you think.

I turned it down- no interest in it at all. I recently paid off all credit cards- wouldn't encourage anyone to go into more debt.

I turned it down as well. i just figured you had to apply for card and we are in the middle of buying a house and i can't add anything to my credit. Now that I know i could have accepted it and not applied I might have said yes.

I really want to write and tell them to stop offering me this campaign. I mean how many times does it take of me saying no, before they get it confused

I have turned it down but took it this time. They can count on my two negative bzzes. I will be sure to warn anyone not to sign up for this one. Kinda irresponsible to just offer this up to anyone who will take it. I will certainly not be pushing debt on anyone. I see it going something like this..
you know that WOM program I am in bzzagent? Well they offered me a campaign to tell you about American Express. I think it's pathetic how and how desperate must they be to encourage anyone who will listen to apply for a business card. The annual fee is outrageous and you are better off living on cash. So I find it my duty to tell anyone who will listen just how pathetic I think it is.

This was also the campaign they emailed through mypoints for new bzzagent sign up. Believe me if this was my first campaign as an agent I would not do anymore. There was no reward, incentive or anything other than a booklet to advertise this product. This was my worst campaign and I am a small business owner (alleged demo for this product). I buzzed like mad to complete strangers in line at the checkout line.

If its offered the only thing you will get is killing trees and mypoints if you accept them. I would rather have items you can use like pledge wipes, nuts, beer, (you get the point)

My sister called me about this campaign. She is a new bzzagent and was a little upset about this campaign. She asked what she should do. I told her not to take it. She was a little irritated at first because she got the book, then this. She was offered the teddy grahams. She is very excited about the teddy grahams. The rest, not so much.

i did not take it. I do not own a business, nor do I talk to anyone that does at this moment. I am sure I could have talked to my Grandfather (he co-owns a limo service), but he is older and set in his ways, that I think he would immediatly reject any talk of it. Besides, I do not talk to people about thier finances. To me, that is personal information.
