Can't log in to MY pOints

It says failed to log in (with the password i gave)
So i hit forgot password to reset it
i recieved the email & it brought me to my page on my points
where??? do i reset my password

I'm having the exact same problem. Worst of all, in order to even get that far I have to disable my antivirus. Doesn't exactly instill a lot of confidence, does it?

Yikes! Disable your antivirus - not good. My points, to me, seems kind of hoola-lula. Hokey-Pokey and no, I am not dancin'.

I am so sorry to hear about these issues. I had a mypoints account... which I had forgotten about. I had accrued some points there...
When we switched over I went through them to buy a camera with a gift card I had received for Target. That will give me 10 pts per dollar when they finally show up. That is why I forgot about them... so s-l-o-w..

I had no trouble switching over or logging in.. no problems at all so far exept slowness... the site must be pretty busy..

I hope you all get things sorted soon.. it must be very frustrating

Hi, kinda new here lol.

I just wanted to let you know that I had emailed mypoints twice on not being able to change my password and finally today they said there was technical issue and it would be fixed and 6-12 hours. I have successfully gotten in now, so you could try now and it should be fixed.
