LOL...all the time. It's even worse when you write a list and still forget to get it or forget the list at home.

you make a list, you keep it on the fridge. You tell everyone to WRITE ON IT, or you wont buy it.
You go to town. end up going to the grocery store TWICE In the same day, once before the kds get out of school for non perishiables, then after baseball for fridge stuff.

THEN the next morning your son tells you " I cant make a lunch, you didnt buy vienna sausages"

yep. my super human telepathy powers were not working. of cours esince he was WITH me in walmart the 2nd time he could have TOLD Me.

My husband is the offender for that one chelle. The kids will at least tell me what they want so I can write it down. They're still young enough that they think they're very important when they help me out like that.

My kids tell me "Oh mom, you know what I like" then I get home from the store and it's "Where's the ____? Or the _____? Why didn't you get ____?" Sheesssshhhh....if they'd just write it down, I'd actually get it for them!

don't you just hate it when.... you've got one hour to shower off the garden gunk and be ready to leave for bunco and then you stop by here to 'to check' and suddenly that hour is now 45 minutes?

I hate getting home from the grocery store and finding brand new things written on the grocery list - dh still cannot seem to get the items ON the list before I walk out the door.
