Anyone Else Buy Raffle Tix Every Time You See One?

I just remembered that last fall I purchased a raffle ticket on a log cabin. The winner will be chosen this month. The ticket was $5o. Hope I win!

I think the only raffle I've been able to resist was one where the prizes were guns. I don't really have anything against hunting or rifles, I just wasn't tempted enough to buy one!

Has anyone had any big wins on a raffle? My hubby won a car (A Plymouth Horizon, very basic, won it back in the early 80's).

I mostly only ever do the guns!! I'll buy them for a gun everytime! And if the prize is neat and theey are under 20..00 I'll usuaaly buy for gift cards, etc.

I have a bunch for sale if you really can't resist..

No... I rarely buy them unless they are for the animal shelter...

My dd's school has a carnival every year to raise money and they sell the tickets as part of the fundraising. Most of the prizes are good just around here... If you won it might be a good reason to come visit Boise!

Yes, I consider all raffle ticket purchases donations. This donation will go to the Missaukee County Conservation District. I looked it up and the drawing is May 3rd. I'm crossing my fingers.
