OMG,She does Vinyasa yoga! that's extremely hard!! They heat the room up alot in Vinyasa!

she's in my class... I start out with a hoodie or sweater, and by the time we get to our Sun Salutations, I get pretty warmed up, take off the hoodie for the rest of of our class, then put it back on for 5 minutes of relaxition (our Y is already running A/C

Of all the styles of Yoga, Vinyasa, it's probably the easiest. We have a very laid back teacher and class.

Dee,I could be wrong but I could almost swear that Vinyasa is the one where they heat the room to about 100 degrees and everyone sweats like crazy

Contrary to the articles you might have read, Yoga has nothing to do with religion... it's a stretch, breath and balance program.... so once again, please vote (rate)... 5-10 seconds is all it takes... and vote also for Althena's Nephew's team (again 5-10 seconds tops even with slow connections)

lol You're right,I got it mixed up,it's called BIKRAM yoga,and it's ridiculous lol. I don't do yoga,but my brother is an instructor.I should really try it :/

Absolutely, not the hot yoga... there are days when I get up and think "ah, I don't want to go" but do, and feel invigorated afterwards... It's not a weight loss kind of class, it's a "you feel great for having done it kind of class"

and kudos to your brother... all the more reason you should at least try it!

what page is she on? I searched through 15 pages, then went to page 3o because of what the link said. Then I searched for her name, got the result I wanted, clicked to vote and got the same error page. I'm too tired to figure it out tonight.
