My Christmas gift from my brother and his GF
Last week, my father told us he wanted to take the kids shopping for a Christmas gift for my mother. Sure, not a problem just tell us when. LOL. Anyway my father and brother take the kids shopping, take them to lunch then take them back to my brother's house to visit Aunt Mary (his GF) and play for awhile.
Well they did play at their house, but this is what else they were doing.
The kids did not let on AT ALL!! A lot of the pictures were taken while they were playing, so they wouldn't have realized, but there were a few posed pictures as well. I had to take a picture (with my brand new Canon!!) of the pictures so the quality isn't nearly as good, but you get the idea!
Thanks for looking.

What a wonderful gift! And beautiful children and thoughtful family.

Cool! We did something similar this year too. We had a photographer go out to my mom and dad's and get pics of the whole family. I had thrown my back out about an hour before we went out there, but she did get some really nice shots of the kids.

OH NO rebecca!! you poor thing!
Those are beautiful pictures. My SIL will be coming over to get pics of my kids, of course they will be posed and at least one of them will look like a drunk monkey...

Mine always look dorly in pics, either just dumb as a box of rocks, or they act stupid.....or one looks like they got shocked or something.

BR always tells me when I get mad
"there is only so much you can do with the subjects you have to work with. "
I reckon he is right...

Very cool gift. It brings tears to my eyes because of the thought and effort put into it! It is so easy to buy a gift card or some cheezy gift from WalMart, but this took planning and effort and that is what counts
