In case I don't make it on too much this weekend I just wanted to wish my fellow Canadians a safe and happy Thanksgiving.

Actually, I am cooking a ham with pineapple and brown sugar glaze. There is just the hub and I and it is difficult to find a small turkey. Translation - we'll really enjoy christmas dinner!

Happy Thanksgiving you guys! Now I'm craving a big homecooked meal and (theoretically) a clean house.

I wouldnt mind some drssing, and cranberry sauce, and ham.. and rolls, and pies... I could even go for some banana pudding.. (although I dread making it, I make about 20 pounds for both TG and Christmas. It takes me over 8 batches of puddin.. Ever tried to make 8 batches of puddin and not scortch it when you have 4 kids?? LOL )
Of course all this sounds great, since I am now supposed to be cooking healthy and helpin BR loose weight...
I hate diets.. even when I am not on them!
