I have one on my a$$, it is a heart, and says "Mikey Likes It" around it. Yeah, Dh's name is Mike.....I got it the day I turned 21, and only got it because Dh said " you cannot get a tattoo".....well oh yes I can dammit! Not getting a pic of my bum....lol

This one is on my ankle, this is the pic right after it was done, with the quarter for scale....lol

There isnt anyone in Jasper, well there is Mama Red. she did my belly ring, but I have heard that women tend to dig in real bad. AND I knew her back when she worked for the prison. She aint been tatooin for 25 years like she says. LOL of course she might have been givin them at the prison.. LOL But I have heard that she isnt easy.

I have 2. I don't feel like doing pics tonight, I am totally wiped. I have a griffin on my left shoulder done in full color. On my right forearm I have a sea serpent with a womans face facing outward in the curve of the serpents back, it's done in blackwork, except for her eye which is blue.

Woohoo it worked! That's the one on my boob, it doesn't look that fuzzy... I was messin with the camera again and I have no clue what I did. Try as I might I could not get the lizard on my shoulder. I'll have to have hubby take a picture, all I got were freckles, lol.

I dont want one on my boob, cause, ...well.... I am Thankful I dont already have one there. not after havin 4 kids. LOL and when I get rich and 'go perky' I dont want it all distorted LOL

Plus, that has to hurt like hell!

Actually that one didn't hurt at all. It's at the very top of my boob, so even after 12 years and two kids it still looks the same.

I do have sleeves. And there is zero significance whatsoever to any of the tattoos. I figured, my interests change so often, that what is important to me today is unlikely to be so vital a year from now. So I started at the end: nothing meaningful.

LOVE the bald head Joe!! my hubby keeps his shaved, and we shave the kids, we leave a little on top on the kids most times, unless they jerk around.. LOL

BR has gotten to where if his hair is 1/8thof an inch long he starts whining... LOL which means we go through ALOT of razors, all 3 have to be done every 3 days.

i love the artwork that some people put into the tats. I sometimes watch those Miami Ink and kat Von D shows, just so I can watch and see the final work. i don't care about who got fired and who was going to what club. Just show me more artwork!

I watch miami ink and LA Ink. they are absolute ... I dont knwo.. I cant describe how awsome their abilities are. and I am NOT into art. Show me a Picasso and I see a drunk with his kids watercolors.

I like actual real paintings, paintings that could be photographs, and that is waht they do.

I like those tattoo shows too because of the amazing talent. But I confess, I SO don't care why anyone decides to get whatever tattoos they get. I'm tired of the sob stories, for once I want someone to say "I got these because they are BAD ASS!"

oh I know rachel, the baby stories make me cry. Heck they make hubby all upset.

He has said that he would get one if he was in better shape and could think of something that meant enough to him to put it on him. a few days later we were getting ready to go somewhere and I had put on lipstick, and before he put on his shirt he walked by and I hugged and kissed him on the chest, (thats where I reach) It left a lipstick print over his heart. It hit me that would make a cool tatoo.. He said yeah, if he was willing to strip down in front of someone to GET the tat. LOL

I think the photography of that picture was fabulous!

Chelle - the baby stories get me. Especially the one where the parent accidentally hit the toddler with the car. I was a wreck, and I had to go scoop Norah out of her crib.
