MyPoints shopping issue

I am having trouble trying to shop from MyPoints links. I have not shopped from there in years, I usually use Ebates, but thought I would give it a try. I feel so stupid, but I can't get to the site I want to shop at. I am trying to go to Best Buy, but all that happens is my screen turns grey and tells me how many points per dollar I will get for shopping there. At the top of the page it says loading, but the bottom says done and it never changes. I am about to give up and go back to ebates, but thought I would check to see if anyone could help me first. Any tips or ideas for me anyone?

I don't know, I get that page for a split second, and then it loads all the way.

Have you tried it in a different browser?

I'm not having the same issue but I do have a suggestion. Maybe try another browser and see if that helps? I tried with IE and it went to Bestbuy through the Mypoints link. Maybe try Firefox and see if it works or vice versa depending on which browser you're using.

Thanks yall. I am using Firefox, but can launch Safari or IE and give it a try. I tried that when I wanted to print coupons, but it didn't work. Maybe it will for shopping. MyPoints really isn't working so great for me, other than for the 5pt clicks. I promise I am not lying, nor trying to start drama. I wouldn't do that.

Opera is also a good browser to try.

I have shopped once through MyPts since signing up for an acct through the shaloha thing, and it did work. I don't know why it's not working for you. I don't know much about technical computer stuff either (and my husband is a programmer analyst lol) But I just wanted to let you know that I was sucessful when I did. Hope you get it figured out!

Honey, that happens to me every time I try to go to the At& t thing.

and was happening when I tried to go to coupon.com it says continue or cancle and you cant click? thats what it did to me.

i just ended up going through my own browser to get there.

ANd I tried both IE adn FF.

Maybe it has something to do with the sies you are trying to buy from, rather than MyPoints?

I dont know. I can GO to those sites and it works just fine.

???? I think mypoints cant handle all the traffic.

Try refreshing - I usually hit F5 and it works the second time around.
