okay, if you were going to buy some tights for a little girl. cute, crazy, colorful tights, (walmart has black, white, red and blue) - where would you go? to get them for cheap?

I need free or cheap shipping. and dont want to pay alot of money for them. I honestly havent set foot in a clothing store other than the western store in years. Malls bore me, and unless walmart has it, I usually dont get it. I do go to payless (ours is a VERY crappy little store) sometimes.

Never had a girl. Never bought tights. But my first thought is Target. What's cheap for kids' tights these days?

Nope, I'll rule out Target for you. Just looked online and the brightest color is Kelly green and they're $6.95.

Target, gymboree, but also look closer at Wal-mart. Sometimes they have more than one display and I've gotten cute ones there before.

Thanks Lori. yep, solid dark colors are not Rayleys style. She is more of a bright funky colors type girl. I dont dress her anymore. She dresses herself and almost has a punky brewster type style. Smile Thanks for looking though Smile

Karen, our walmart hasnt got crap. I have gotten lots of tights there before, but solid colors mostly. some prints, I got them on clearence a few years ago. They just dont put that type of stuff out. They will get other stores overstock and clearence it sometimes. I always check out all the 'odd' places where they might shove stuff, you can find good cooking clearence stuff over in hardware on a forgotten isle sometimes. LOL

I'll try gymboree. Thanks.

The childrens place has my favorites. I haven't look at their online store in awhile to see if they are offering free shipping or not but Katie has about 4 pairs that are going on their 5th year right now, (meaning she got them as hand me downs and wore them for 3 more years) so they are high quality. What size is Rayley? Maybe I can send them her way.

Just looked at Amazon, The Childrens Place has some really cute ones on sale for $3.49 Click here

Thanks, Connie! I'm needing to go buy Zoe some new clothes soon. She has always loved pink until 2 weeks ago. Now it's all about gold. Yellow will do in a pinch, but she's wanting things that are gold. Unfortunately, we don't own any and I haven't even seen them in the stores. I'm not wanting to spend a fortune on a new wardrobe, but I would like to get her one or two shirts in her new favorite color... provided they're on sale.

Awww you are going to have one of THOSE kids.. I know the feeling.. katie is soooo skinny that her length size in jeans is always wayyy too big around.. She has been a size 7 in jeans for awhile.. last year all her size 7's were too long but had those nifty sizers built into the waistband.. this year the 7's are too short.. so I bought eights last week... today.. she tries all the jeans on in her drawer.. not a single pair fit!

Im like you have to be kidding me.. nope, I go in with her.. they are all too tight around the waist.. these ones don't have the nifty sizer.. thank goodness she has a couple of pair from last year with the sizer that fit.. there is no way she can wear a 10.. why don't they make a nine?

Chelle if you pm me your address I will try to get these tights mailed to you.. they will fit rayley for a couple of years and are very colorful and fun.
