So, I delivered that cake on Thursday. Then yesterday I started baking for Hoovers cake.

its now 3am and I am going to bed. In less than 12 hours this will be nothing more than crumbs...

Chelle, what a great job, the lacing on the ball glove looks sweet! I've been thinking you lost patience with the dial up and abandoned us.

LOL, okay, the scooter, thats one that even I dont use. LOL But nicknames are pretty much law around here. Its nicknames, initials, or your first and middle name. few folks go by one single given name. LOL

heck, if your like me, you learn to answer to the differnt names you are called, all during the day. But I know quite a few people that I dont have a clue what their 'given' name is. LOL

Hoover is what we call Matt. Cause as a baby he ate everything he could get his hands on. He would clean a floor in no time flat. Like a vaccumm.. Smile


ANd thank y'all Smile

Oh and the beer took forever. it was pretty detailed. the letters were atrocious. the glove, it was easy. I got the cakes done, then yesterday morning I put the crumb coat on it, left and went to Beaumont until 8 last night and started back about 9:30. I was done by around 2:30.

LOL Lori and Karen, naw. I took it as no news is good news Smile LOL She put it on facebook today and bragged about it. so I feel better. I have never made a chocolate cake, so I was worried about that. She said it still tastes good. LOL I was just worried because if the cake sucks, the party reflects it, or at least the hosts attitude does Smile And a cake aint just something you can replace at the last minute. LOL

Thanks Lucky, I honestly never knew how easy decorating a cake was. They always scared me. But it really is easy.
