Poor Rebecca...

For you who don't know, Revecca strained her ankle playing drive way hockey with Devon.... fortunately not broken, but bummer none the less, on crutches for 5 weeks.

Thanks ladies. Still hobbling around on crutches. The ankle finally healed enough to start physio this week. The therapist is doing shockwave therapy in addition to exercises and I think it's helping with the pain. After all the years of soccer, tennis, and basketball the ankle was bound to give out sooner or later. I'm hoping to avoid surgery, but there's not too many ligaments left if any at all.

I'm so sorry Rebecca! I hope you can avoid surgery.
