ROCCO ,EMERGENCY SURGERY

lol oh Jessica,they eye candy left a long time ago! He and my brother got into a stupid arguement,he picked up his dog LULU and left.Haven't seen him since.I swear men are such freakin babies.At least when I was downstairs with them I was able to get in the middle and diffuse them.Maybe he'll call again some day,who knows.He's a drifter,drifts between friends houses.

Yes he is! thanks!!! We have to chase him around and hold him down to give his meds,but he will be fine! And we're gonna sue the mofos! (NY mode there) lol

Athena, I hope Rocco is still on the mend and back to being a happy poochie!

Meanwhile, I hope you don't mind, but I contacted a friend of mine who has a weekly radio show on shortwave and gave him the outline of Rocco's story. I thought it was important to get the word out so people can be more aware of the Made in China junk pet food and treats and hopefully avoid another pet having to go through what Rocco did.

If you have any other information you'd like me to pass along to my friend, please let me know. I think the show's tonight (it just changed timeslots and frequencies, so I'm waiting to get the new info from him), so there's still time to add to the story.

Thank you Nyssa! I don't mind at all! He's still on the mend doing great! We just struggle to give him his meds twice a day because he just doesn't want to take them.We have to chase him and one has to hold him down while the other gives it to him.The brand again is called SMOKEHOUSE ,they're chicken strips,a company based in California ,but made in China. We have a follow up appointment on Monday evening with the vet,but he has his energy and apetite back and we were actually playing ball last night .It cost 2,300 dollars,just waiting to make sure he's 100 percent before we file the lawsuit. Thank God that it happened now and not when he was older because I don't know if he would have made it.He had thrown up 2 huge pools of blood.

Oh yeah,and the funny thing is,he has no problem jumping onto the couch with his cone on,but he's scared to jump off with the cone on ,so we have to pick him up and put him down when he wants.hehe
