a yoga wardrobe by Althea (I think that's how it's spelled), a picture and story in the Sept Issue of Yoga Journal, and bragging rights ...

Kate just recently completed certification to do physical therapy yoga, and she also teaches a class (pro bono) at the local Boys & Girls Club.

and sometimes when our teacher has to be away, Kate subs for her...

plus she's a mom and two very young kids (3 and 5) and married to a Special Ops soldier with the 101st Airborne (he flies helicopter).... in the 7 years they've been married, they've spent a total of 2 years together, because yes, he's been deployed that much!

Kate is a super woman! (oh and she met hubby while serving a stint in the Army!)

Yes,their still winning,but by now they should have really blown away the second place team and we would have had no worries.I just wish they would have told us WHEN they would be back up
