So does that mean tomorrow, Monday is actually Thanksgiving? Will you roast a turkey, make mashed potoes, dressing, cranberry and some yucky veggie?

Next question... why? In the US it has something to do with pilgrams, Indians and corn (let's face it, do we really know?) So why do Canadians celebrate "A" Thanksgiving? Just wondering.

I always wondered that myself Dee lol Actually I didn't even know that Canada had a thanksgiving until a couple of years ago.But happy thanksgiving Canadian friends!

The kids don't learn about the pilgrims anymore -- that's more American Thanksgiving. It's more of a celebration of the harvest here.
