Mac 'n' cheese casserole (homemade), fried chicken strips (frozen from a box), and salad. The mac 'n' cheese smells sooo good.

I love homemade mac n cheese, yummy. Tonight I made Chicken Alfredo..JJ's favorite..tomorrow is chicken salad sandwiches..

cottage cheese, fruit and whole wheat crackers with peanut butter Very Happy MY summer supper... Chuck's was curried veggies on rice and salad.....

Do you bake your Mac N Cheese dry or serve soupy, which is so typical in KY? We like it baked to it can be sliced...
