Re: Happy Easter!
Beautilful here too... 84 again today... summer has arrived just in time for Easter LOL
Neighbors and good friends coming to our house for dinner... not ham, not turkey, but panko breaded chicken, hashbrown casserole, lime jell-o salad, rolls and buttered beets (but thost will only be appreciated by a couple) more and stuff (I tend to cater to kids dislike for most foods --- rather do that than have them not eat LOL)

Re: Happy Easter!
Happy Easter to y'all too
My kids are gone till tomorrow, so when they get home we are gonna discuss The tradition of dying eggs, where it came from (I have to research that tonight)- and drink sasafrass tea- dug by them - while we dye the eggs.
Then Sunday its church, then hunting eggs. All of my kids get a basket. I didnt buy much for their bskets. The 3 oldest are getting flashlights, and Bow a golf set. then they all get their own sports bottle, and some candy.
BR has to work, from about 6am till 10pm or so. Its gonna be our first easter without him. Thats always hard. He has only ever missed ONE birthday party. EVER. And he has had some wierd jobs. He has driven over the road, done pipelines in differnt states, worked shift work at the prison, where you were guarenteed to work on Christmas, new Years, thanksgiving etc. But we always managed around it. Even this job he works holidays, cause they pay a 175.00 bonus if you work it. LOL Unfortunatly, Easter isnt one on the list. BUT its in the middle of his workweek and if he takes off he will loose about 400.00. But we will deal with it
Okay, crying jag over- back to your regualary scheduled program
