Rebecca, what a wonderful story of how your KY Pup came to live with you. Thanks for sharing... and it sounds like your family and the dog really were a good fit!

Berea is such a wonderful place. A few years ago, my husband and I did a tour of KY (set out to learn about our adopted state) and we loved Berea... especially dinner (the spoon bread) at the Boone Tavern Hotel restaurant.
Seriously, I'm from Berea, KY, which is right under Lexington. On the map of KY, it would be about straight down from the tallest part about halfway to the bottom of the state.[/quote]

I love Berea, too. I came here for college and didn't think I would like it, but the longer I stay (20 years, now) the more I like it. If you come visit again, let me know you're heading this way and we'll have lunch somewhere.
