When you first sign up for the site you sign a basic generic type agreement. I've been working on this one when I have the chance. It's a bit more specific to our board, but I don't think it's anything too shocking
With the sudden and unexpected influx of members in the past couple of weeks I haven't had the time to put this together in a comprehensive way until now.
First and foremost Unofficial Bzz asks members to respect each other, even in the case of disagreements. By posting here you agree that you will not post anything abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Failure to comply will lead to suspension and possible banning from the board, the IP address will be recorded, and your service provider will be informed.
The moderators and administrator have the right to lock threads or remove any post as they see fit.
As a user you agree to any information you have entered being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
Messages and profiles can be altered or deleted without any prior notice. In most cases, the member will be notified if their message or profile has been deleted or altered. Members are reminded that links to freebie communities have been provided in the FAQ and that there is an Unbzzed and Unendorsed board located in the Off Topic section of the site. Discussion of freebies, contests and BzzAgent competators in Chit Chat or Bzz Chat will be removed. If a member refuses to obey the terms listed, the member's account can and will be suspended or banned.
Unofficial Bzz is in no way Affiliated with BzzAgent.com although the majority of members participate in both sites.
Any Bzz for campaigns that takes place on Unofficial Bzz's forum is available for BzzAgent staff to access online. In the interest of maintaining our good relationship with BzzAgent, members are asked to keep all bzz that takes place here at the highest standard.
Unofficial Bzz requests that members not conduct business transactions on the forum. Any posts found to be in vioulation of this request will be removed.
