Question for facebook users Empty Question for facebook users

Post by chelle Mon May 18, 2009 8:13 am

I have a question, I started playing farm town. (dont ask.. I was bored, and its fun...)

but my question is: If I do stuff, like get gifts, or water someones crops, does it show up on your page?

I dont want every little move I make filling up your page and taking up room that your friends updates would take up. Its not fair, and I know it annoys me.

So, if it does, please tell me. And if you know how to make it stop doing that, please tell me that too.

Thanks!

I know the only thing that pops up on my page is when friends take those quizzes.... and I have the option to "hide" what they do. Meaning, in the upper right corner of each status, quiz, etc. There is a "HIDE" that comes into view when you move your cursor over it, just click on it and you can either hide that person (say you really don't care for them at all, and really could give a flying fart what they say or do on FB) or hide that quiz. That quiz will now be hidden no matter how many friends take it.

I stopped taking the quizzes months ago, so I'm not sure if everyone is publishing their results, or if it's done automatically.

But to answer your question, I don't think it'll show us every single move you make on your FB thing....

Thanks!! I knew about the hide thing, I have done that with a few apps. I went in one day and my entire page was ONE person doing some 'catch a lizard' crap, I had to go to older posts 3 times to get the rest of the updates... GGGGGGGRRRRRRRR I just dont want to BE that person..

Now, if I could just manage to play this game on dial up. Thats the bad part. All the games are hard to do on dial up. I LVOED bejelwed, but it wont load for me anymore...

I think I also need to clean out my computer. But, everything I Download to clean it says its fine.. I am not even using 80% of it, but its still VERY slow. Not just the dial up part, but opening new windows, and I have lots of things that refues to load, or ending programs... ???

chelle- Have you ever tried PCPitstop.com? It tells you a lot about your computer and how to fix stuff.

ok Chelle, thank you. I was wondering what the hell I was doing wrong, lol. But then again, it took me two days to figure out how to make it say I was married.
