What's your weather??

It's a pretty morning, but still -2 degree's right now in Northern Maine...brrrrrr... and by the pics you can see we still have plenty of snow... I can't wait for the warmer weather to come. I know I'm going to regret asking this (out of jealousy for those of you with warmer weather) but what is it like where you are this morning?

In Illinois we are at 45 degrees but the forecast is calling for high 60s to low 70s today. I am so excited to have the day off and spend it outside!!!

Yuck Kelly. I have seen enough of that stuff for a while It's gone except for the packed piles here and there and they are fleeting quickly. It was 58 yesterday and suppose to be around 60 today, it's close and teh sun is shining. I could not be happier. 60 is perfection.

Going to be in the 70's and sunny again today.

50's right now, but going up to 67 this afternoon.

But don't be too jealous. Kentucky springs mean that we spend a day or two in the 70's, a day or two in the 30's, a day in the 80's, three days in the teens... We have to have out all our shorts and t-shirts and sunscreen AND all our winter clothes and coats and sleds. Meaning the yard is all mud and there's no room to walk because everything you own is out of storage. I like the warm weather, but I miss having a gradual change in temp.

That is true here in Missouri too Karen, but I don't mind too much. I haven't used the ac yet, but were at 85 this month already. Then we have the heat back on because it is freezing again The worst part of spring here is when "the bottom drops out". That is when the ground thaws out too quickly and the mud turns to quick sand. We have dumped load after load of rock on our drive, but it still tries to suck me in sometimes. That and when everyone starts burning off and you drive through tons of smoke everywhere you go.

We've had warmer weather the past couple of days. Almost all of our snow is melted now. When I took the boys out to a local tundra swan refuge this morning we were comfortable in our spring jackets. It feels like it's around 12 - 14 degrees right now.

12 C is about 55 F, so you're almost as warm as we are.

I am at 57 right now. It is supposed to be really nice all week here..

75 ish, sunny and blue skies, was a bit cloudy and foggy this morning, but it burned off by 9. I am hoping this holds for a while, not sure I can take anything colder. Bring on the 90's!

It's at about 22 degrees this afternoon..better than this morning..when we start hitting 40 and up then it will be t-shirt weather..

when it is 40 degrees here, I am wearing long handles, and sweat suits...thats just too freakin cold.

I'm on the porch in a tee shirt, it's 58 and feels like summer.

It's about 85 today.....

The weatherman said 70's for today, but I just checked and it is 85.5

Sure Amy, that is too hot for me, lol.

Today it was about 65 or so, tomorrow it is suppose to be 75. But Thursday it is suppose to be 55 in the morning and drop to the 40's by late evening..then who knows what it will do.

and then, just like that... it's summer and 90 degrees! Spring is very short lived here in southern KY... but that's just fine with me. Think we hit about 75 today...so nice, just bad I had so many other things going on that besides a walk, I wasn't able to be outside to enjoy!
