Orange Cream Fruit Salad

Orange Cream Fruit Salad
1 can (20oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 – 16 oz can peach slices, drained
1 – 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium firm bananas
1 medium apple, chopped
1 small package vanilla pudding mix
1/3 cup frozen orange juice from concentrate
¾ cup sour cream
In large bowl, combine fruits, set aside, in small ball mix pudding, milk and OJ, add sour cream mix well. Spoon over fruit, toss gently not to mash bananas and to well coat. Put in fridge for at least 2 hours, serves 8 to 10.

Oh yum! I love ANYTHING orange/vanilla! (even candles!).
