While I was TRYING to sleep on the couch.....
Keep in mind DD is 11, and knows to leave me the hell alone. The girlies are not afraid of me, and know I am outnumbered.
So, this is how my "nap" went...I have one hell of a migraine.

Bay: MOM, we have to watch Oprah today
ME: go away

thing2: WHY does we gotta watch Oprah?
thing1: Bay says there will be little people, I like little people.
me: go talk somewhere else please???

Bay: We are out of hot pockets, and ice cream, and yogurt, and Milk
ME: oh dear god.....( pillow over head now)

thing2: will you put dis dwess on dis barbie?
thing1: it is DRESS, not DWESS
thing2: Dat is what I sayed DWESS
thing1: baby talker!!!
thing2: am not ...you's a baby talker
thing1: sh*t head
ME: That is unacceptable, apologize to your sister , we do not talk that way

ME: OMG dammit quit saying that
Things 1&2: "giggling" YOu said dammit, dammit, dammit,
Bay: well you DID say it....is Oprah on yet?
ME: Bay I have a splitting headache, PLEASE take them into your room to play Wii? I will pay you
Bay: maybe it;s an aneurism???
ME: I will give you $10, and no more Discovery health channel for you

SO, after 3 imitrex, advil, and 2 aleves. I STILL have a raging headache...but they are happily playing Wii, and I am out $10

I miss my two little things, their Mom was testing the waters yesterday to see if she could bring them home.
I said "Look can you at least wait till Fri before you dump them here again, maybe 7 days after surgery I won't rip out all my internal stitches the first time I have to pick up the 35+ pounds baby. She said "Oh, ok, sure, fine, um, whatever,"

Erin.. So sorry dear. But I feel your pain. Honestly.

I get all sorts of Diagnosis from my 11yo. Last week I must have some weird skin disease, Ikthy something or other,...turned out to be a bit of poison ivy.
My nice must be a primordial dwarf because she is so small.......the list goes on. She wants to be a Dr, so has to watch Discovery health 24/7.....I guess it better than spongebob, and I did not have to explain where babies come from.

I feel your pain and all, but jeez...I missed little people on Oprah? Wish I would have had the alert.

OMG- I have so much to look forward to...lol

I hope that the headache goes away. I had one earlier, but it was sinus and allergy related, so it has finally gone away now.

Maybe when your hubby gets home, you can tell him to take over the house and go take a nice bath.
