I am sure you are extremely busy reading bunches of emails, but I have 2 questions. I recently became a level 6 "sweet bee", and while I am grateful for this status I did not recieve a "golden Key" in the changeover. I did purchase one for 200 bzzpoints. Should I have gotten a free key?> >My next question is about mypoints/bzzpoints. I have had 2-3 reports approved, and have not had the points transferred to my mypoints acct. It has been more then 24 hours for some of them, How long does this take?>

Thanks for your email. We are looking into this Golden Key issue to make sure that everything occurred as it should have, and if it did nto we will be sure to correct it. It will generally take 48 hours for the points to transfer over from our site to MyPoints. However, there was a bit of a technical issue with this for our first week in the new system. This has been solved and your points should show up on your MyPoints account very shortly! Thanks, JakeBzzAgent

I'm not sure if I was supposed to get a key or not. And I won't be mad if I end up not qualifying. But I was upset when I thought that the only reason I didn't get one was because I bought one. That would suck.

I won't be upset if I don't get another, BUT I do feel like if I had not bought one I would have gotten one free. I figure I got screwed out of 1600 Mypoints, which is half of a $25 GC.
