Thanks for putting this book on your blog. All the blogs on the BzzAgent campaign page required clicking on a BzzAgent link which my company's firewall refused to allow. (Except for the 800-CEO-READ site which, despite asking for a copy 6 days ago has, quick as a flash, done nothing!

Now I must make the time to read it! Wink
