Swedish meatballs are my favorite! I never make them because they take forever!

Re: What's Cooking Tonight?
I toss a whole lot in my 8 quart slow cooker and then freeze the leftovers so I don't have to make them from scratch every time.BeachyBum wrote:Swedish meatballs are my favorite! I never make them because they take forever!

Tuesday evening:
Its going to be taco salad at my house. Its quite warm here today and we tend to eat a lot of salads in the summer.

Re: What's Cooking Tonight?
No big plans for tonight, but I'm heading out to find some fresh green beans at our local place that grows their own veggies. So late tonight I'll be piling in some fresh snapped green beans, red potatoes and ham hocks into my crock pot. So tomorrow we'll have those and some fried pork chops.

Re: What's Cooking Tonight?
My husband is in Toronto today so the boys and I will probably just have chicken fingers and fries -- nice and simple!
Re: What's Cooking Tonight?
mac and cheese and hot sausage on the grill.. its cool here as well.. and breezy, so I am taking advantage of it to make comfort food.
Re: What's Cooking Tonight?
I am going to everyone's house with a big old plate...
I think tonight it will be steak, asparagus (or broccoli), and maybe some smashed potatoes. Because of the mystery shopping I've been doing lately, we haven't had very many home-cooked meals. I am making mini cheesecakes with a chocolate graham crust in the muffin tin for dessert, too.
