Thanks for your email. There have been a few hangups with getting points transferred over to MyPoints this week, as some last minute details had to be ironed out. However, it should be all set as of today, and the points should show up in your MyPoints account sometime this weekend!

I basically got the same email too! I like Jake too, he's very helpful.

I just went to MyPoints and this is what it says for an action:

How do you add bzzagent to yahoo?

still no mypoints. there is something on my account that says mypoints from Bzzagent but it shows no points or points pending even. nothing. just says clickthrough. so i am confused

I added them on AIM and they're not online very often but I did get to talk to them once.

Their AIM is bzzagent not sure about Yahoo...

ok as of this morning i have 80 points from Bzz agent now pending. but my first one still shows a click through with NO POINTS. it should have been 55, then i have a 50 and a 30 that show pending for JULY 15th!! WTF is that about? a MONTH to get the points?!! that is ridiculous. i keep getting FORM responses from Mypoints that dont even address my question. i am pretty annoyed. i want my 55 points and how dare they take a MONTH to give me my points?!! sheesh!! grrrr. i know it says on there somewhere that it is 30 days but wow. how stupid. sorry had ot vent

Mine show pending now too, only 50, should be 200. Pending for a month sucks

I don't see how they can possibly justify this latest snag (translate that to me actually meaning "slap in the face")........ previously our Bzz points were available for use as soon as they were credited and there were rewards available for redemption. So much for being able to redeem for what you want when you want!

Just one more reason (of many) for me to pack it in.

I'm dissapointed that we now have to wait an entire month to redeem those points earned. I don't understand why it would take a month for them to make sure we earned them!

Well, I'm saving them up anyway, guess it may be longer to redeem that's all.

as are mine... and that doesn't make me happy. maybe this is going to be corrected "sometime over the weekend" .... i can see that they pend points for something you've ordered (and want to make sure you don't return it), and I really don't understand the offers that you might sign up for (like a newsletter from some bonus email that you signed up for that also "pend" those points... but i most definitely don't understand the reasoning behind 'pending' points we've earned NOW from bzz agent.

hopefully, this is an issue that will be addressed -- soon, or at least in my lifetime

They are giving mp just enough time to get my account closed because both my dh and I have mp now.

I have cashed them in and may close it after they come. I will be a bzz agent for the campaign since I am doomed anyway. It is just a matter of time.

ALL of my mypoints are now showing as pending per 7/15. so that is good. but a MONTH? sheesh

which is really strange considering most of use submitted those reports the 11th or before... so that makes it OVER 30 days pending until we actually get the points!
