Stuffed Strawberries
I'm unsure if I am allowed to post a video link here, but on YouTube, search "stuffed strawberries", the user's name is "PrincessDiana161" and her video is really quite cute! Anyway, I tried this last night and O..M..G.. these are SO good! Simple and quick to make, and the taste is to die for! You won't be sorry! The chocolate is optional really, I made a few without chocolate and they were also amazing!

Re: Stuffed Strawberries
OK! Sorry ladies! Here's the recipe:
Stuffed Strawberries
8oz Package Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
20 or more ripe strawberries (room temperature)
8oz Container Dolci Hard Shell Chocolate Frutta (optional)
Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract with a mixer until well blended and smooth. Wash the strawberries and cut the tops (leafy part) off of them. Turn them over and cut an "X" in the top of each strawberry, making sure not to go too deep, so they'll still hold together. Open the "X's" up slightly. Using a piping tool or bag, fill each strawberry with a generous amount of cream cheese mixture, by piping the filling into the center of the "X". Melt chocolate as directed on package, and top each strawberry with the melted chocolate. Place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Chocolate will harden. ENJOY

Re: Stuffed Strawberries
So are you cutting into the wide top part and dipping the narrow bottoms so the filling still shows popping out of the top?
I have never seent he type of chocolate you use to dip so I may have to ask for it! Sounds good and fancy.

Re: Stuffed Strawberries
These are what the strawberries should look like when they're stuffed, but before spooning the chocolate on top:
Here's a link to the Dolci chocolate website, so you'll know what to look for. It can be found in most produce sections of the grocery store, near the fruit. There are different brands out there, just FYI.
