Lost - Who did you think was in the coffin?

I thought it was Ben but my husband guessed Loche.
Good finale I thought!

I thought Locke too....Me and mom had the debate that this was the last season...I told her OH NO ITS NOT!! they CAN'T leave a person just hanging like they did....but it was a really REALLY good finale!!

At first I thought Ben...and then I thought Locke (once it became apparent that Locke was going to take Ben's place on the island).

That finale was GOOD.

1st thought, Ben, 2nd though John (yeah, I was right on 2), but now I'm even more perplexed... and what? we have to wait until Feb for the next broadcast???

I am absolutely speechless over it, dh and I just sat there and stared at the TV. I cannot wait for next season.

I did not have a clue who was in the coffin, but I did kinda think it was Ben, or the hot guy who never gets older.

I may have been seeing things, but didn't they show Locke in the coffin at the very end???

yes Momto3, they did show John in the coffin... he looked "healthy" for a dead person and considering how shabby he looked the last time we saw him being greeted by his new "followers" .... how weird is this showing becoming ???? Every season, I say, I'm going to quit watching, just don't get most of what's going on... then find myself sitting next to DH watching a taped copy of the night before....

Did y'all know there were three endings? They showed all three endings today on Good Morning America. The other two people in the coffins were Sawyer & Desmond. They did that just in case it was leaked that Locke was in the coffin.

I'm jus thrilled Penny & Des are back together... until Ben finds Penny and kills her for Widmore killing his daughter.

I remember seeing on our local news during the last commercial break that there were three endings, but I didn't get to see the other ones. Does anyone know where I can catch the other endings?

It was the same scene.... camera coming up over the coffin, only different people in it each time.

I knew from last season that it had to be Locke in the coffin. My sweetie has given me sooooo much flack about it too. He was convinced it was the big Other guy (the one that was gay off island), then he thought it was the black gentleman that visited Hurley and was Locke's orderly that told him to go on a Walkabout. It was a SWEET moment when it was revealed that it was Locke. I thought my sweetie's jaw would never realign correctly it dropped so far down to the ground.

I also loved the shot of the island disappearing in the middle of the ocean. How awesome was that???
