Snow or Rain?

What would you rather be having? Snow or Rain?

I don't like snow, but at least it's pretty, and you can have snow with sunshine. But rain? OMG, I'm so sick of it...

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! We've had rain all day. And I miss snow. We haven't had hardly any this winter, and less than that last winter.

I like the rain too.... snow is pretty when it's fresh, then it turns into nasty yucky piles. Besides I have had enough of it, i am so ready for it to warm up so I'm not trapped inside with my monsters. I may end up commited before then, weather man says another week of snow starting tomorrow this sucks, green Christmas, white Easter....

We had our first snow day in 5 years this winter... for a lousy 3 inches. The sad thing was it was a big snow as far as my kids were concerned. Global warming is making is very scarce in these parts. I remember snows that were feet deep, but no more.

Snow! Guess I'm in the right country then, aren't I? We're actually getting a bit now.

Right now, I am sick of both! We are pretty well flooded here now, but had tons of snow last month. We are so flooded with the rain from the last few days, that the mail didn't get to me yesterday due to flooded out roads.

I have a son in Missouri


He lives in St Louis... his new house has view of the arch ....

I went to St. Louis on vacation a few years ago and had the most pleasant time. I know, most people want exciting, and for all I know there are exciting things there, but I like a low key vacation and it was just wonderful.

my dream vacation would be in a cabin in the blue ridge mountains .. a small lake and my dog... lots of books and my laptop...

I agree with Honey... I don't want to see another drop of rain OR snow!! With almost 10 inches of rain here the last few days, it is too much! Everything is flooded everywhere! I had to drive to northern missouri today and I didn't think I was going to be able to make it. Half the roads were closed... But we went and are back home safe and sound! Thank God it's not cold enough for it to be ice! We had enough of that this year too!

10 inches eh? okay.. I have to say that I would feel the same way about now fergui!

You know you got a lot of rain when the mailman can't deliver your mail! No mail was delivered here on Tues.

lol...no mail here either. But thank God for the sunshine today!!!

my mailman usually shows up.. but he delivers mail any old place.. addresses mean nothing to him... nightmare!

but chelle's mail problem is worse!

After 6" of rain this week, I'm happy to say we have had nothing but today and a nice and comfry 60 degrees!
