Poor Odin -- the saga continues!

As most of you know my dog was hit by a car at the end of February and we had a big ordeal trying to catch him and get him to the vet. Aside from blood loss and a broken snout he came out of the accident ok. I decided that he had recovered and was ready to get fixed. His surgery was on Tuesday, but they called me before operating to tell me there were a couple of teeth damaged in the accident that looked like they were starting to get infected. Since he was having surgery anyway I told them to go ahead and take the damaged teeth out too.
Needless to say my dog is not happy with me at the moment. Everytime he starts to warm up to me again I have either go out or go to bed which means he has to wear the big collar. There's no feeling quite like your own dog hating you!

Well, at least your vet caught it now rather than having to have two surgeries. Poor puppy. I hate it when my pets are sick. You have no way to explain to them that you're trying to help.
