New Look Round 2

Ok, so the last look (lime green, modern one) wasn't working for everyone. Not a big deal -- I told you there was a Plan B and here it is!
From my end this one seems to address most of the issues everyone was having -- the colours should be easier to read, the icons appear to be more user friendly without me having to go and try to replace them all (not fun, trust me!), and the smilies are more easily accessible.
Now I need your thoughts on this look.

I like it. Everything is easy to read and easy to tell what you have read, replied to etc.

I like it, but I also liked the green one, too. I'm kind of enjoying the new changes and seeing how things are working.

This one is so much better. And I don't have to change the resolution all the time
I like the calender too, it lists everyones birthday.

I like this one better, but maybe you could set the background attachment to fixed so we don't get the repeat of the white bar on the sides as we scroll down?

I still don't like avatars on the right though. I read the message before I see who wrote it.

I clicked around a bit. Read a few posts and made a few replies. Everything worked just fine! So I guess my only complaint is about the avatars on the right, but I seem to be the only one who doesn't like that.
Oh I almost forgot, I did like the line showing if you had messages or not, that was on the last one. This one doesn't show that. That is fine, but it was to see at a glance if you had any messages.

I don't mind the avatars at all. But I have a tiny screen so I can pretty much read it and see who wrote it at the same time. Plus most people have a signature line with their name in it anyway. I did like the message part but I like this one better all around. I like the big impossible to miss star for unread posts. It doesn't show on stickies but it's easy to determine the new one must be in the stickies

Yep. I am getting used to the avatars on the right. The only tweaks I can think of would be to have the New PM sign in a brighter color if possible, and to have the icon for a new post in the stickies more noticable. But both of those I could live without. And I have decided that I do like it better than the green AND the beach theme. This one is very, very user friendly.

The black text on the blue buttons is a bit hard to read.

I think that it looks like the major kinks have been worked out so I'll be spending a day or two in my basement working on some stained glass. I can honestly say that I've spent enough time tweaking code and editing graphics for the next little while!

Oh my, Rebecca, you out did yourself. I liked the last one fine, but this one is beautiful. I mean the colors are calm and soothing and the icons are easy to read. I don't have to keep checking to see what each little square represents (read/unread). It is really really nice.

I was scared at first (I don't handle change well hehe)... but now I know Im where I meant to be... whew... you should send out an APB when these things happen..

And now that I've learned how to get back to new posts without having toh hit the back arrow each time... I'm as happy as a lark.

But (isn't there always one?) maybe white or light blue font color on the dark blue buttons (like new topic, post, pm, profile, etc)? I know others have asked the same.

I've seen that request before too. It's just going to take me a bit because I need to figure out which code out of lines and lines I need to change to make the colour different and because I'm ready for a bit of a break from sifting through code for a few days.
