Hello from North Carolina!
I have been "lurking" for a few days so I thought it was time I finally introduce myself! My name is Penny, I am married to a wonderful man and we have a crazy beautiful 2yr old little boy. I am a stay at home mom but i do very minimal work from home also. I am currently a tier 1 bzz agent and have very much been enjoying it! I also wanted to say thank you for creating this message board and thank you to all the agents on here that have posted all the useful information. I'm glad to be a part of this group!

Welcome!!!!
I've driven through North Carolina, but that's about it. It's much warmer than here, definitely not a bad thing, lol.

Re: Hello from North Carolina!
I used to live in Cary, North Carolina where two of my adult children still live, we had to relocate to Massachusetts due to my husband's job and I did so very unhappily. Our oldest son lives in one of our other hometowns of Fairfax, Virginia which I loved living the most of anywhere. We plan to retire there. We have a beach front condo in Myrtle Beach, North Carolina that our adult children use 75% more than we do, especially since all of my stroke's and horrible back surgery. I can't ride in a car for more than half an hour and there are no airports nearby Myrtle Beach that a full size or what I refer to as a real airplane can land or fly into, I won't get on one of those little airplanes they scare me to death. Fortunately Raleigh Durham International Airport is only about a 10 minute ride to where 2 of our kids live in Cary and Dulles International Airport is about 5 minutes from our oldest son's house in Fairfax. When we lived there I used to float around on a raft in our backyard in-ground pool and wait to watch the Concord land and take off, you could hear it long before you could see it, it seemed so low when it went over our house it was almost as if you could reach up and touch it. In our backyard in-ground pool here in Massachusetts all you can see is the sky. We have to always have a pool for my therapy.

Welcome Barbie. So sorry that you had to move from your beloved hometown, but I'm happy that you can still keep in touch with your family.
